Service Description. This Site describes Custom Tattoos, Cover Up Tattoos, Fine Line Tattoos, Black And Gray Tattoos, Realism Tattoos, Watercolor Tattoos, Tattoo Aftercare, Body Piercing provided by Kings of ink tattoos. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Kings of ink tattoos and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Kings of ink tattoos may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Kings of ink tattoos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Kings of ink tattoos's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Kings of ink tattoos from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
